Job Summary

Apparel Group India is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Intern to support daily online business operations. The candidate will assist with order processing, inventory tracking, marketplace coordination, logistics, and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in processing and tracking online orders.
Support order fulfilment, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams for timely order delivery.
Help monitor inventory availability and update stock records.
Maintain daily operational reports and trackers.
Use MS Excel to update and analyze operational data.
Assist in resolving order discrepancies and delivery-related issues.




Support the team in improving operational processes.

Desired Candidate Profile
Freshers or candidates pursuing/completing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Robust attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Interest in e-commerce, online retail, and marketplace operations.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
