• Lead development of Water Heaters, Ceiling Fans, and Air Coolers from concept to
commercialization.
• Define product specifications based on market and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, and cross-functional teams for timely project execution.
• Drive product testing, validation, and performance improvements.
• Manage BIS, BEE, and other regulatory compliance activities.
• Execute value engineering and cost reduction initiatives.
• Review BOMs, technical specifications, drawings, and product documentation.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify product enhancement prospects.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and launch readiness.
