Key Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.
Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks to supervisors, workers, and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and project management teams.
Ensure materials, machinery, and manpower are available as required.
Monitor workmanship and coordinate quality inspections.
Implement site safety procedures and ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements.
Maintain daily progress reports, labour records, material consumption records, and site documentation.
Identify site-level issues and report delays, risks, and resource requirements to management.
Assist in controlling wastage, rework, and unnecessary expenditure.
