Role & responsibilities
Portfolio Monitoring & Tracking:
Track customer payment buckets using Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Debtor Communication & Fieldwork:
Contact delinquent borrowers via phone, email, written notices, or direct field visits to remind them of pending Equated Monthly Installments (EMIs).
Negotiation & Resolution:
Negotiate viable repayment plans, structured installments, or settlement offers.
Record Keeping & Reporting:
Maintain accurate digital and physical logs of all debtor interactions, payment commitments, and cash/cheque collections.
