About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, software, and troubleshooting. This internship will provide hands-on experience in IT support, system maintenance, and day-to-day technical operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the IT team with day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting.
Help install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
Support employees with basic hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Assist in setting up laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Maintain IT asset records and update technical documentation.
Assist with user account management, password resets, and access-related requests under supervision.
Support routine system updates, antivirus checks, and basic security practices.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT team members.
Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.
