Project Planning & Scheduling: Create and track timelines using tools like MS Project or Primavera, establishing critical path milestones for civil, MEP, and joinery works.
Site Execution & Supervision: Lead in office construction activities, inspect workmanship, and manage daily progress to match architectural and design drawings.
Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project expenses, manage Bill of Quantities (BOQs), handle RA bills, and oversee vendor or subcontractor negotiations.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to provide regular status updates.
Quality Assurance & Safety (QA/HSE): Enforce site safety regulations, manage punch/snag lists, and guarantee compliance with local building standards.
