Job Summary
We are looking for French language professionals with C1-level proficiency to support logistics and supply chain operations, coordinate with French-speaking stakeholders, and ensure smooth communication across international teams.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with French-speaking stakeholders, suppliers, and customers through emails and calls.
Support logistics activities, including shipment tracking, delivery coordination, and order follow-ups.
Handle logistics-related documentation and correspondence in French and English.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve shipment delays, delivery issues, and operational queries.
Maintain shipment records, reports, and other logistics data.
Use SAP or other business applications to support daily logistics operations.
Ensure timely communication and adherence to process guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
French language proficiency at C1 level is mandatory.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Interest in logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations.
SAP experience or knowledge will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with a French language certification or a degree/diploma in French are preferred. Candidates should have positive coordination skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to work with international stakeholders.
