Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, databases, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate salary and coordinate offer rollouts.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.




Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Manage multiple vacancies and ensure timely closure of positions.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Non-IT recruitment is mandatory.
Positive communication and candidate-handling skills.
Knowledge of sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Willingness to work from the office in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
Immediate joiners preferred.
