Role & responsibilities
Manage daily service center operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Handle customer complaints, service inquiries, and feedback.
Supervise service technicians and monitor their work.
Ensure timely servicing, repairs, and vehicle delivery.
Check service quality and maintain customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the spare parts team to ensure the availability of required parts.
Maintain service records, job cards, and daily reports.
Ensure proper communication with customers regarding service status and costs.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 3+ years of experience in automobile or two-wheeler service management.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic technical knowledge of bikes, scooters, and vehicle servicing.
Ability to manage a team and solve customer problems.
Positive organizational and coordination skills.
