We are hiring motivated and target-oriented candidates for the position of CASA Sales Executive for Indian Bank on a third-party payroll.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire recent customers for Savings Accounts and Current Accounts (CASA).
Generate business through field visits, market activities, and customer meetings.
Explain banking products and services to prospective customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Assist customers with account opening procedures and documentation.
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, shop owners, and potential customers.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in banking sales or a similar industry.
Candidates with experience in CASA sales, Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, personal loans, or other financial products will be preferred.
Must be comfortable with field sales and regular market visits.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Must be willing to work in Pune.
Salary & Incentives
Salary: 19000 to 21000.
Monthly Incentives: ₹5,000–₹10,000, based on performance and target achievement.
Payroll: Third-party payroll.
Prospect to work with Indian Bank.
