Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and driver leads.
Explain job opportunities, vehicle rental details, company policies, and joining requirements.
Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into walk-ins.
Maintain daily calling records, candidate details, and follow-up status.
Update candidate information in Excel, Google Sheets, or the recruitment system.
Follow up with candidates who miss their scheduled joining date and encourage them to complete the joining process.
Meet daily calling, lead generation, and onboarding targets.
Provide accurate information and maintain qualified communication.
Submit daily reports on calls made, interested candidates, walk-ins, and conversions.

Required Skills
Valuable verbal communication skills.




Confidence in speaking with candidates over the phone.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
Positive follow-up and convincing skills.
Ability to achieve daily targets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification
Intermediate or any graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Previous telecalling, customer service, sales, or recruitment experience is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates who are confident, patient, target-oriented, and comfortable making multiple outbound calls daily.
