Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled EXIM Manager with expertise in IGCR and BIS certification, particularly for electronic products like small appliances and components. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customs clearance process and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle import/export customs clearance, ensuring compliance with IGCR and BIS certification requirements.
Prepare and manage all import/export documentation (commercial documents, LC shipments, etc.).
Ensure products meet BIS standards for safety and quality.
Negotiate with freight forwarders and CHA to ensure timely delivery.
Lead a team and coordinate with internal departments (Procurement, Logistics) for smooth operations.

Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in import customs clearance,



with hands-on experience in handling SKD/CKD materials and related documentation.
Minimum 5 years of import compliance experience in Consumer Electronics / Electrical Products / Electronic Components.
In-depth knowledge of IGCR, SIMS, PIMS, BIS, and WPC certifications.
Proven experience in e-commerce or electronics industry.
Leadership experience and solid communication skills.
Preference for candidates with experience in customs clearing agencies (CHA).
Local candidates from Current Mumbai will be given priority.

Education

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.
