We are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition professionals with a strong background in manufacturing recruitment, preferably from the solar, renewable energy, electronics, automotive, or industrial manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate positions.
Drive volume hiring for Production, Quality, Maintenance, Process, Engineering, and other technical functions.
Handle lateral hiring for mid-level and senior-level positions.
Plan and execute bulk hiring, walk-in interviews, and recruitment drives.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels.
Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning, position prioritisation, and timely closures.




Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, hiring dashboards, and recruitment metrics.
Build talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR; MBA in HR preferred.
Solid experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition within a manufacturing setting.
Hands-on exposure to plant hiring, technical recruitment, and volume hiring.
Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Excel, and recruitment MIS.
Solid stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
