Job Title: US IT Recruiter ( Fresher also eligible)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions in the US market. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full time positions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Understand job descriptions and match candidates with client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
Negotiate rates and salaries based on client budgets.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely submissions of qualified candidates.




Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates and vendors.

Required Skills
Knowledge of US IT recruitment processes and hiring practices.
Familiarity with IT technologies, job roles, and technical terminology.
Experience with Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques.
Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in recruitment portals and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 05 years (depending on the hiring requirement).
Freshers with excellent communication skills and an interest in US IT recruitment may also apply.
Willingness to work in the US night shift.
Immediate joiners preferred.
