MS Office, SQL, Advanced Excel, SQL Server.
Requirement Gathering, Inter Team Coordination
Robust Verbal and Written communication
IT qualified with an analytical frame of mind.
Valuable in conducting primary and secondary research.
Customer Interaction, Handling Customer concern, Post Service.
Generating weekly and monthly MIS Reports, Reading mails and sending mails.
Handling customer queries, making reports, receiving calls, reporting to the manager.
Troubleshooting Customer issues over the call using Excel functions.
Preparation of Charts & dashboards by using critical formulas in Advanced Excel.
Produce descriptive statistic reports using graphs with the filtered data (Pivots) in MS-Excel and present the reports in MS-Power point.
To do the comparative analysis & document the reports for the higher management using functions.
