Role & responsibilities
Solid expertise in Imports & International Trade Compliance, including customs regulations, tariffs, Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), Incoterms, and FTWZ transactions.
Solid experience in Purchasing & Procurement, with a thorough understanding of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, from supplier sourcing and evaluation to purchase order management and vendor performance monitoring.
Proven negotiation skills with the ability to secure the best commercial terms related to pricing, quality, delivery schedules, and contractual agreements.
Valuable understanding of Inventory Management and Supply Chain Operations, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, logistics planning, and material movement.
Proficiency in SAP ERP and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI for procurement analytics, reporting, and decision-making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,



with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, logistics partners, and service providers.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve supply chain challenges efficiently.
Hands-on experience coordinating with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and Customs House Agents (CHA) to ensure seamless import and logistics operations.
Knowledge of Protection Relays and related electrical equipment will be an added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical
Relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, imports, and supply chain management within a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environment.
Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
