Role & responsibilities
Handle production machinery and reduce downtime through proactive preventive and predictive maintenance schedule.
Oversee Utility systems
Perform rapid electircal and mechanical troubleshooting on complex manufacturing and packaging equipment to resolve breakdowns efficiently.
Root cause Analysis for equipment failures to prevent recurring issues.
Ensure all maintenance and engineering documentation complies with GMP, Data integrity and audit readiness standards.
Better coordination with all departments and vendors
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates who have worked in an OSD plant will be an added advantage (Familiarity with Granulation, Compression, Capsules,Coating equipments like FBD, Blending, Blister packing and CVC bottle packing
*Prior experience with regulatory audits like US FDA, MHRA, WHO-GMP
