Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and motivated candidate to handle customer enquiries, generate leads, schedule property site visits, and assist in real estate sales and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Call potential customers and handle property enquiries.
Understand customer budgets and property requirements.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer records.
Schedule and accompany customers on site visits.
Assist the sales team in closing property deals.
Manage basic documentation and daily reports.

Skills Required:
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer, WhatsApp, and Excel knowledge.
Willingness to travel locally for site visits.
Robust follow-up and sales skills.
