Qualification: Graduate in any stream

Responsibilities
Create monthly content calendars for clients and for WBN Technology
Write captions and plan posts, reels, carousels and stories
Coordinate with designers and video editors for creatives
Schedule and publish posts and manage comments and messages
Grow followers and engagement and track results with platform insights
Prepare monthly social media performance reports

Requirements




1 to 3 years of social media marketing experience
Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
Basic design or reel-editing skills (Canva, CapCut or similar)
Creative thinking and positive written English and Hindi

Positive to Have
Experience running Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ads
Experience with influencer or brand collaborations
