Role & responsibilities
Develop architectural designs, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models based on project requirements.
Create realistic architectural renders and visual presentations.
Coordinate with structural engineers, civil engineers, project managers, and site teams.
Revise drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.
Ensure designs follow applicable building regulations and project specifications.
Assist in material selection, design planning, and construction documentation.
Maintain drawing records and project documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of design deliverables.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates based in Trichy are preferred.
25 years of experience in architectural design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and 3D visualization tools.
Knowledge of floor plans, elevations, electrical layouts, and working drawings.
Ability to coordinate with clients, engineers, and site teams.
