We are seeking experienced Java Backend Developers to design, build, and support scalable enterprise
applications. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot, sound engineering
practices, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced delivery environment
Roles & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
Translate business and technical requirements into reliable, maintainable application components.
Apply object-oriented design, clean coding practices, and appropriate design patterns.
Troubleshoot production and non-production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement
durable fixes.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, release activities, and technical
documentation.
Collaborate with product, quality engineering, architecture, and platform teams to deliver end-to-end
solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
Strong hands-on Java development experience.
Robust practical experience with Spring Boot and RESTful services.
Good understanding of data structures,



algorithms, object-oriented programming, and design
patterns.
Experience with relational databases, SQL, version control, build tools, and CI/CD practices.
Working knowledge of Linux or Unix environments.
Robust debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with microservices, messaging platforms, containerization, and cloud environments.
Exposure to banking, financial services, or other regulated enterprise environments.
Expected Outcomes
Deliver secure, maintainable backend services that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Improve application stability, code quality, observability, and delivery efficiency.
