Handle end-to-end procurement of imported engineering materials, packaging materials, and related consumables.
Coordinate with international and domestic suppliers for RFQs, negotiations, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
Monitor import shipments, documentation, customs clearance, and logistics activities.
Ensure timely availability of packaging materials to support production planning.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs), Goods Receipts (GRN) through SAP.
Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with stores, production, and planning teams.
Track supplier performance, lead times, and cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and import regulations.
Generate procurement reports, MIS, and purchase analysis reports.
