Roles and Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the showroom.
Achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
Maintain product displays, showroom cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
Monitor inventory, stock availability, and replenishment.
Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, and installation teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Monitor billing, payments, discounts, and daily sales reports.
Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Ensure proper staff scheduling, discipline, and adherence to company policies.
Control operational expenses and minimize stock losses.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and store profitability.

Required Skills
