About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage team performance, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in QSR or restaurant operations, robust leadership skills, and the ability to maintain operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and productive service delivery.
Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to achieve operational and customer service goals.
Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
Monitor sales, revenue, food costs, inventory, and wastage to achieve business targets.
Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, grooming, and performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and food safety regulations.
Monitor stock levels, manage inventory,



and coordinate with vendors for timely supplies.
Maintain cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily sales reports.
Drive customer satisfaction, repeat business, and overall restaurant profitability.
Coordinate with senior management to achieve sales and operational targets.

Desired Candidate Profile
2–6 years of experience in restaurant operations, QSR, or the hospitality industry.
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or Shift Manager.
Graduate in any discipline; a hotel management qualification or IHM certification is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Good understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, inventory, and cost control.
Customer-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.
