Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide a warm, qualified in-store experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gold, diamond, and silver jewellery.
Explain product designs, purity, pricing, making charges, and other relevant details.
Build robust customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Follow up with customers and assist with enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain showroom presentation and ensure jewellery displays are neat and attractive.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily showroom operations.
Maintain professionalism, product knowledge, and high standards of
