Role & responsibilities
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations based on customer inquiries.
Coordinate with Design, Operations, and Planning teams for technical inputs, costing, and delivery schedules.
Create and process sales orders in ERP systems with high accuracy.
Work closely with the field sales team to support customer requirements and project execution.
Track quotations, orders, and customer communications.
Ensure timely submission of offers and smooth order handover to execution teams.
Assist in preparation of MIS reports, sales documentation, and order status updates.
Required Skills:
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Valuable understanding of engineering products/machinery.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM and ERP systems.
Ability to handle multiple inquiries and orders simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills.
