Responsible for issuing , reissuing Air tickets & LCC bookings for all customers.
To confirm waitlisted seats by monitoring flights and liaising with the airlines.
Monitor & manage GDS queues.
Ensure quality check & queries to be resolved within TAT.
Required Candidate profile
2- 4 yrs of exp in Issuing & reissuing Tickets ,LCC bookings on CRS Amadeus and Sabre.
Excellent communication , positive customer service & leadership skills.
Willingness to work under UK shift timing.
