Role & responsibilities

Greet and welcome every visitor warmly and professionally.

Maintain the visitor register and record walk-in customer and enquiry details accurately.

Guide visitors to the relevant Sales or Service consultant.

Recognise and welcome returning customers by name, as briefed by the CRM.

Arrange refreshments and seating for visitors as per company standards.

Coordinate with Reception for scheduled appointments and walk-in customers.

Maintain showroom ambience, cleanliness, and display standards.

Provide visitors with basic information about showroom services when required.

Preferred candidate profile

The Hostess is the first point of contact for every visitor to the showroom, creating a welcoming workplace, guiding visitors to the right consultant and maintaining accurate visitor records.
