Role Summary:

We are seeking a Travel Operations (Ticketing & Visa) to join our team in Mumbai. This role demands an understanding of the travel industry, ticketing, visa processes, and vendor management, along with a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop detailed itineraries for domestic and international group tours, with a specific focus on the needs and preferences of senior citizen travelers.
Stay informed about the latest industry trends, destinations, travel regulations, and emerging tourism practices.
Build and maintain robust relationships with travel vendors, hotels, transport providers, and other service partners to ensure seamless operations and favorable terms.




Possess a comprehensive understanding of ticketing and visa processes for multiple international regions and take ownership of managing visa documentation and applications for group tours.
Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client queries, providing destination insights, and resolving issues proactively.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of tour packages from planning, booking to post-tour feedback.

Requirements:
Demonstrated expertise in ticketing and visa processing.
Solid organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage group travel logistics effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and travel software tools.
Willingness to work from the Mumbai office location.
