Key Responsibilities
Assist physicians in patient assessment, diagnosis and treatment under their supervision.
Record patient history, clinical findings and vital signs.
Conduct preliminary patient evaluations and assist in clinical examinations.
Monitor patients' clinical conditions and report significant changes to the treating physician.
Assist in preparing and maintaining patient medical records and clinical documentation.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other healthcare specialists to ensure quality patient care.
Assist with ward rounds, follow-up consultations and discharge procedures.
Educate patients and their attendants regarding treatment plans and follow-up care, as directed by the physician.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control practices and patient safety protocols.

Eligibility Criteria
B.Sc. Physician Assistant or equivalent recognized qualification.
Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital setting.
Positive clinical knowledge, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Patient-focused approach with a robust commitment to quality and safety.
