Core Technical Requirements
Experience Level: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development.
Programming Language: Robust experience and exceptional hands-on coding skills in Java 8 (and higher).
Frameworks & Web Services: Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate / JPA, and RESTful Web Services.
Architecture & Concepts: Deep understanding of Design Patterns, Exception Handling, Caching mechanisms, and data structures (including Binary Tree algorithms).
Databases: Hands-on experience with SQL databases as well as MongoDB / NoSQL solutions.
Testing & Quality Tools: Proficiency in JUnit, SonarQube code coverage analysis, and mock testing.
DevOps, SCM & Cloud: Active experience with Git, Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, and supporting DevOps execution in AWS / Azure cloud environments.

Preferred / Added Advantage
Domain Knowledge: Prior exposure or working knowledge in the Insurance domain (Home, Auto, Claims platforms) is a solid plus.
