Position: Head Chef

Monthly Salary: USD 700

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and effective service.
Plan menus and supervise the preparation of Asian, Western, and Indian dishes.
Lead, train, and supervise chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff.
Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
Monitor ingredient quality, stock levels, and food storage procedures.
Control food costs, minimise wastage, and manage kitchen inventory.
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained and used safely.
Coordinate with restaurant management and service staff to ensure timely food preparation.
Manage staff schedules and allocate kitchen duties effectively.
Introduce new dishes and improve existing recipes where required.




Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and applicable food safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience as a Head Chef.
Experience in a reputed hotel or restaurant is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Asian, Western, and Indian cuisines.
Proven ability to lead kitchen teams and manage daily kitchen operations.
Excellent knowledge of food preparation, menu planning, and presentation.
Robust understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management.
Good communication skills are mandatory.
Solid leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a professional restaurant environment.
Immediate joiners are required.
