Responsibilities
Fill out tourist and business visa application forms accurately.
Check and verify customer documents as per visa requirements.
Assist with passport details, application forms, photographs and supporting documents.
Coordinate with clients to collect missing documents and information.
Maintain customer records and track application status.
Follow up with clients regarding appointments and application updates.
