Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and exit formalities.
Hire for event operations, dcor, production, sales, and support roles.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll inputs, reimbursements, and statutory compliance.
Implement HR policies and address employee queries and grievances.
Coordinate staffing requirements with department heads during peak event seasons.
Support performance reviews, training, and employee engagement.
