Role & responsibilities
Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery, mechanical equipment, and utility systems to achieve zero breakdowns and ensure maximum equipment availability.
Manage machine shifting, dismantling, reinstallation, alignment and commissioning of current machines, ensuring protected and timely execution.
Execute machine reconditioning, overhauling and refurbishment activities to improve equipment performance, reliability, and service life.
Troubleshoot recurring mechanical failures and implement root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Implement safety improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with maintenance procedures and safety standards and drive initiatives to achieve zero accidents.
Drive cost reduction initiatives through spare parts optimization, repair and reuse, energy efficiency and maintenance cost control.
