Key Responsibilities
Debt Raising & Structuring
Raise construction finance, Lease Rental Discounting (LRD), term loans and working capital facilities from banks, NBFCs and financial institutions.
Prepare financial models, cash flow projections and loan proposals for lender submissions.
Coordinate lender due diligence, credit approvals and loan sanctions.
Execute loan and security documentation in coordination with legal counsel and security trustees.
Manage pre-disbursement conditions, drawdown requests, utilisation certificates and post-disbursement compliances.
Track loan repayments and ensure closure formalities, including No Dues Certificates, release of security documents and satisfaction of charges.
Banking Relationship Management
Ensure timely servicing of principal and interest payments as per repayment schedules.
Monitor compliance with financial and non-financial covenants and maintain compliance trackers.
Coordinate periodic submissions, including UFCE, end-use certificates, audited financial statements, LIE reports, valuation reports and other lender requirements.
