Job Summary

Maxop Engineering Company Private Limited is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader - Business Development to drive business growth, acquire new customers, strengthen OEM and Tier-1 customer relationships, increase share of business, and lead a high-performing business development team. The role requires solid expertise in customer account management, commercial negotiations, RFQ management, and strategic business planning.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve annual sales and growth targets.
Drive current business acquisition and customer development activities.
Manage and strengthen relationships with OEM and Tier-1 customers.
Increase Share of Business (SOB) from existing customers.
Lead RFQ management, costing, quotation preparation, and submissions.
Conduct commercial negotiations and support contract finalization.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful project launches and customer requirements.
Monitor revenue, profitability, forecasting, and business performance.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities,



and business opportunities.
Prepare MIS reports and management presentations.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Business Development team.
Support strategic planning, budgeting, and long-term growth initiatives.
