Key Responsibilities
Monitor vehicle temperature through GPS tracking systems and ensure it is maintained as per the required temperature standards.
Identify temperature fluctuations and immediately coordinate with depot supervisors to resolve the issue.
Prepare and update daily temperature monitoring sheets, tracking sheets and operational reports using MS Excel.
Prepare and maintain LR, DMR, expense bills and other operational paperwork.
Coordinate with depot supervisors and other stakeholders regarding temperature deviations, vehicle status and operational requirements.
Perform day-to-day logistics operations and ensure smooth coordination of activities.
Maintain accurate records of temperature monitoring, operational expenses, documentation and other relevant data.




Follow up on temperature-related issues and other operational discrepancies and escalate them to the concerned team.
Ensure timely completion of paperwork, data entry and daily reporting activities.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Comfortable working in a Rotational Shift.
Positive follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple vehicle updates simultaneously.
Logistics/vehicle tracking experience will be an advantage.
