Role Overview

The Team Leader Sales & Distribution is responsible for leading the sales team, achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring the timely and effective distribution of products. The role focuses on driving business growth, improving team performance, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and distribution team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, market share, and product availability.
Monitor distributor and retailer performance to ensure effective market coverage and product distribution.
Build and maintain robust relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.
Track daily sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and sales reports.
Ensure proper stock availability, order fulfillment, and timely delivery of products.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales activities, merchandising, and distribution effectiveness.




Set sales targets for team members and provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback.
Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and supply chain teams to resolve stock and delivery issues.
Monitor outstanding payments and support timely collection of customer dues.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and action plans to improve business results.
