Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience (37 years) as a Business Analyst in a telecom, maritime, or technology-focused workplace.
Understanding of satellite communications (VSAT), terrestrial networks (4G/5G/LTE), SD-WAN, and maritime operations is highly desirable.
Robust skills in requirement elicitation, technical documentation, data analysis, and process modelling.
Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, UML, MS Visio or similar.
Experience using analytics tools including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and other similar tools.
Familiarity with API-driven architectures and integration projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in Agile including Protected or hybrid delivery environments.

Desirable Skills
Knowledge of maritime regulatory standards (e.g., IMO, SOLAS, cyber compliance).
Experience working with ship management systems, IoT data platforms, or fleet management tools.
Certifications such as CBAP, Agile BA, or ITIL are a plus.
