Candidates should have a robust understanding of project scheduling, planning, progress tracking, and cost control, preferably within the utilities, power transmission, power distribution, infrastructure, or EPC sectors.Mandatory Skills
Hands-on experience in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project (MS Project).
Strong knowledge of Project Planning and Project Controls.
Experience in project scheduling, baseline management, and progress tracking.
Knowledge of cost management, cost control, and variance analysis.
Robust coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office in a US shift.

Candidate Requirements
Relevant experience in Project Planning, Project Controls, or Construction Planning.
Practical experience using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Solid preference for candidates with electrical engineering backgrounds and experience in utility or power projects.
Good analytical, reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
Comfortable working from the Bengaluru office in a US shift.
