We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international UK Logistics process in Noida. Candidates will handle customer queries related to shipments, delivery updates, tracking, and other logistics-related services while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Salary Structure
Undergraduates: 41,000 CTC | 36,000 In-Hand (minimum 6 months of relevant experience required)
Graduates: 32,000 CTC | 26,000 In-Hand
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for UK logistics customers.
Assist customers with shipment tracking, delivery updates, and logistics-related queries.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.




Maintain accurate customer records and follow service quality standards.
Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication.
Candidate Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (B2 level).
Experience in international voice customer support preferred.
Logistics, shipment, or delivery support experience will be an advantage.
Robust customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
