4G/5G Network Operations
Positive understanding of SCF preparation and configuration for relocation, sector addition, and technology upgrade activities.
Experience in migration (TS), Grow/Degrow, RET integration, and related network configuration activities.
Knowledge of object creation, object nomenclature, and configuration management in OSS.
Hands-on understanding of Nokia NetAct tools, including:
Monitor
CM Editor
CM Operation Manager
Software Manager
Positive understanding of Nokia hardware, including RF modules, Baseband (BB) modules, and System modules.
Troubleshoot SCF upload errors, configuration mismatches, and integration-related issues.
Provide technical support to field teams for smooth execution of planned activities.
Perform pre-checks and post-checks to ensure configuration accuracy and successful activity completion.
2G Network Operations
Experience in 2G site creation and configuration in BSC.
Knowledge of sector addition, TRX addition, and Grow/Degrow activities.
Experience in route addition against ETMAETME to resolve call muting issues.
Hands-on knowledge of route addition in BSC switches.
Troubleshoot network alarms and resolve configuration-related issues.
Coordinate with field teams and relevant technical teams to resolve integration issues and minimize service impact.
