Diagnose technical issues and carry out troubleshooting and repairs.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
Provide in office technical support to customers across India.
Ensure equipment operates efficiently and complies with applicable safety standards.
Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve technical issues.
Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation of service activities.
Travel across India as required for customer visits and service assignments.
