Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain functions.
Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend JD Edwards EnterpriseOne solutions aligned with business needs.
Configure and implement JD Edwards modules including Finance, P2P, O2C/OTC, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), business process flows, and system configuration documents.
Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, reports, and interfaces.
Support end-to-end ERP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects.
Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations.
Perform system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Support data migration activities, cutover planning, and go-live execution.




Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues within defined SLAs.
Ensure compliance with business processes, internal controls, and organizational policies.
Train end users and prepare user manuals, SOPs, and knowledge-transfer documents.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Participate in project planning, estimation, risk assessment, and solution governance activities.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking Senior JD Edwards Functional Consultants with approximately 8 years of experience across Finance, P2P, O2C/OTC, Manufacturing, and Inventory. For Inventory roles, candidates with additional O2C or P2P expertise may also be considered due to the functions cross-functional nature.
