Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute daily production schedules as per demand.
Supervise mixing, dispersion, grinding, filtration, and filling processes.
Ensure adherence to product formulations and technical guidelines.
Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process and final quality checks.
Manage operators and shift staff; monitor productivity and discipline.
Coordinate maintenance to ensure smooth operation of machines.
Ensure compliance with plant safety norms and statutory regulations.
Monitor raw material consumption, control wastage, and maintain batch records.

Required Qualifications
B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) OR B.Tech (Chemical Engineering).
15+ years of experience in liquid manufacturing (Paint/Chemical industry preferred).

Key Skills
Solid knowledge of liquid processing and formulation.
Experience in paint / resin / solvent manufacturing.
Process optimization and production planning skills.
Knowledge of safety standards in chemical manufacturing.
Solid supervision and problem-solving ability.
