Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops and other peripherals.
Troubleshoot operating system errors .
Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
Assist users with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
Maintain IT inventory and documentation of support requests.
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical problems.
Ensure data security and backup solutions are in place.
