Required Technical Skills
4–7 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, middleware operations, or production support.
Solid hands-on experience with Linux and troubleshooting.
Practical experience with BuildPiper, GitLab CI/CD, and Jenkins.
Experience with Docker and Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline configuration, build and deployment troubleshooting, and release management.
Experience with JFrog Artifactory and artifact dependency management.
Working knowledge of HashiCorp Vault and secrets management.
Practical exposure to Apache Kafka and IBM MQ operations and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Data Grid concepts and operational troubleshooting.
Experience with ELK Stack for log analysis and incident investigation.
Exposure to IBM Cognos service support.
Knowledge of Git, Bash scripting, YAML, networking, DNS, TLS, and application connectivity.
Experience with ITSM processes, incident management, problem management, and change management.
