Role Description The Food and Beverage Assistant will work on-site at Gola Sizzlers in New Delhi in a full time capacity, supporting daily restaurant operations. Responsibilities include assisting with food preparation, organizing and presenting dishes, and ensuring cleanliness in service areas. The role involves serving food and beverages to guests, taking orders, answering menu questions, and handling basic customer concerns promptly and courteously.



The Food and Beverage Assistant will collaborate with kitchen and service staff to maintain consistent service standards and support smooth shift operations, including setup and closing duties. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Food Preparation and Food & Beverage operations.
• Candidates should possess skills in Food Service and Customer Service.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Attention to hygiene, safety, and quality standards in food handling.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or similar food service workplace is an advantage.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling orders and billing, and the ability to stand for extended periods.
