Coordinate the creation, deployment, and communication of learning programs and courses across stakeholder groups.
Facilitate end-to-end delivery of live training sessions, including planning, execution, and participant support.
Prepare and maintain periodic Management Information System (MIS) reports to provide actionable insights and monitor learning performance.
Drive learning compliance by educating stakeholders on mandatory learning requirements and promoting timely course completion.
